Before placing an order please assure that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale as stated on this web page.     Please email me with your ordering information, including your full name and shipping address. If you require the piece be shipped to another address please include that as well. I would also appreciate your phone number.     Payments are to be sent to Paypal at rodeorunner@hotmail.com  I allow rework on any of my resin sculptures. Feel free to do whatever you would like but you must take ownership of the work you have done. All postings of your piece must state that you have modified the piece. I would love to see the pics when you are done.     You may not, however use this modified piece to recast and copy for sale. One resin must remain as 1 resin. All resins will be limited to a maximum of 200 pieces (and usually less) plus a few artist proofs/reserves. I maintain the right to sell these proofs/reserves in any way I wish.     Full payment is required unless otherwise noted as a pre posted deposit or for agreed upon time payments. I reserve the right to stop time payment options if terms are not met. If you default on your agreement to complete time payments within the time agreed on NO REFUNDS will be given of any payments made towards the item and it may be sold to another buyer.     All deposits are non-refundable unless I am unable to meet the delivery I promised.          All items are first paid, first shipped. I do not hold onto items, waiting for payments unless specifically agreed upon.         Shippments direct from me will be via Canada Post, insured unless otherwise requested.     However resins will usually be shipped directly from the caster in the USA and not from a Canadian address. If item is shipped from the Caster then see the caster for full policy (a link will be posted as required)         Please contact me for shipping costs with your address if not already stated.      I  have no problem with shipping anywhere in the world but in some locations the postal service is less than reliable and items must be fully insured.           Your policy with any 3rd parties that I ship to has nothing to do with me, please note I will not be involved in any issues with 3rd parties.         ALL SALES ARE FINAL     You have 1 week after you have received a resin to inspect it and contact me if there are any problems.         Casting details will be provided on the individual resin page. I will aim to always provide the highest quality possible.         NOTE: All my work is guaranteed 100% original. I work with non hardening Plastelina on a wire armature made by myself. I intend in no way to copy another artist’s work. If there are similarities these are completely unintentional! I also retain the artistic right on my work, please do not copy any portion of it. Your work….I would love to see images of your finish work on my sculptures. Please feel free to send me pics, I will be creating a page for customers works!         Donations: I will usually be able to provide a donation to Canadian, or Local (near Toronto) Nan approved live shows. Email me with plenty of warning. Shipping costs would be appreciated. I am not a finish work artist so please do not request any resin painted by me.      Generally I am not interested in trades. I will post a wish list for the limited items that I might consider as a trade. I am not a collector and have only a very limited amount of space for models.        I retain the right to make changes to my terms and policies at any time.
